Set -v- Default Answer

Calculations can be used for setting an answer or for creating a default answer.

Calculating a default answer only creates the text to be displayed in the Question dialog. It does not create an answer. The user must accept the default answer before it is added to the Answer File.

Setting an answer does, however, result in the Answer being added to the Answer File.

If the answer to a calculated value needs to be reviewed by the user prior to insertion in the document consider calculating a default answer in the Question dialog rather than setting the actual answer.
