Amending a Question

A Question already inserted in a document can be amended by selecting it prior to pressing <F8> or Design. When you then select Variable, the Insert Variable dialog will appear already populated with the values from the Question. Make the necessary changes to the Question and select Insert to replace the existing Question with your new or amended Question.

_     Make sure you only select the Question and that no spaces have also been selected on either side of the Question brackets.

_     This is also a useful method for extracting Questions from documents and adding them to your Question Lists.
