Default Answers

Users can be provided with default answers to questions.

The default answer appears in the Question dialog and can be accepted or modified by the user.

Default answers can be constant text; the answer of another question; or a calculation.

Enter the required Default Answer in the Default Value field when setting up the Question

_      For constant text values - type the value straight in

_      For answers of other questions - enclose the Question Name in square brackets [ ]

_      For calculated values - click the ... button to the right of the field
