Formatting options vary depending on the type of Question
The details of
each Question in a document are inserted as hidden text behind the Question
Name.
_ Use
Word's Show/Hide button to alternate between hiding and showing these details.
This means the
same question (variable) can be formatted differently each time it is used in a
document. For example the Will:Date question could be used twice - once
formatted in short form (22/06/2006) and once in long form (22 June 2006). The
question would still only be asked once but the hidden text behind each
occurrence of the Question determines how the answer will be formatted each time
it is inserted in the document.
_ This
also applies to other Question details such as default values.
