When using a
ListBox or ComboBox as the Question dialog, add & remove the items to appear in
the list using the Add & Remove buttons next to the Options box.
By default,
answers to questions asked by Informs are inserted in the document. Untick the
'Insert in document' checkbox if the answer to the question is not to be
inserted. For example if you set up a ListBox question with Yes and No asking
whether a particular clause was to be added to the document you would not want
the answer (either 'Yes' or 'No') inserted in the document. The answer is simply
required for evaluation against a later Condition Branching.
By default,
answers to questions are saved in an answer file. Should you not want the answer
saved untick the 'Save data in database' checkbox.
By default, a
question that has already been answered in the answer file will not be asked
again (the existing answer will simply be inserted in the document). Should you
want the question to be asked again untick the 'Don't ask if data known'
checkbox. If there is an existing answer it will appear in the Question dialog
similarly to a default answer.
